1. Service description
GAME ALARM is a utility that helps players track upcoming games and schedule alerts and alarms. It is operated by VSN j.d.o.o. (OIB 83589860827).
2. No guarantee of third-party data
GAME ALARM relies partly on information supplied by external services. Match times, cancellations, account availability and other information may occasionally be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
3. Alarm reliability
Alarm behaviour may depend on factors outside our control, including:
- the operating system and its version;
- granted permissions;
- battery and power management settings;
- device configuration;
- availability of the connected provider;
- network availability.
For these reasons GAME ALARM cannot guarantee that a user will never miss a match.
4. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for confirming important match information through the relevant service or organiser.
5. Third-party services
FACEIT, Discord, start.gg, Challonge, Challengermode and other connected services are independent third parties. GAME ALARM does not control their availability, data or policies.
6. Acceptable use
- no abuse of the application or of connected services;
- no attempts to interfere with or disrupt systems;
- no misuse of APIs;
- no circumvention of provider restrictions or security measures.
7. Intellectual property
GAME ALARM software, branding and original VSN materials belong to VSN j.d.o.o.. Third-party brands, logos and names remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability
VSN may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of GAME ALARM, including individual service integrations, in particular while the product is in development.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VSN j.d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of GAME ALARM, including a missed match caused by third-party data, device configuration or platform behaviour. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer rights.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The courts of competent subject-matter jurisdiction in Osijek shall have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory law so provides.
